The backbone of all of our programmatic work, the Hivemind is a unique community space for practical support organizations (PSOs) and the people who work and volunteer for them. Apiary hosts bi-weekly calls and digital community spaces in which members can crowdsource answers, share valuable insight, and connect with their peers to assist abortion seekers who are traveling across state lines. 

Currently, nearly 80 practical support organizations and more than 250 people from across the country belong to the Hivemind. 

We also provide training sessions and customized workshops to address particular issues or needs our constituents raise. Because we also know that some conversations deserve more specific space and privacy, we’ve launched small group “clusters” among the Hivemind to allow for even more specific dialogue among Hivemind members, including one centered on workers in restricted states, one for BIPOC workers, and one for workers assisting abortion seekers who have had abortions themselves.
