Build a Volunteer Driving Program

Join Apiary’s 2024 Blueprint Cohort

What is the Cohort?

There are three stages to the Cohort:

Analyze: Identifying and understanding your ecosystem, including needs and gaps
Imagine: Envisioning the ecosystem of care that you want to create
Build: Using the information and vision from previous stages to craft workable plans

Each session builds on the previous to create a completed plan for their organization members and/or board, using a combination of trainings, discussion, and creative world-building activities.

Members will be expected to participate in a total of 20-30 hours of meetings and work over the course of the five months

70% participation is required to qualify for regranting.

Up to two people per organization may participate.

  • Participating groups will receive a one-time grant of up to $20,000 from Apiary at the conclusion of the Cohort.

    This grant will be non-restricted.

Organization can opt in or out of the grant in part or in full, depending on their interest or capacity.

  • We know that creating systems of care requires a safe and collaborative co-learning space. We aim to support each group with their individual needs while also building out real time, real-life systems. We understand that every community has its own needs, strengths, and growth areas.

Our goal is to support each organization in defining and implementing sustainable practical support systems that are part of a whole ecosystem.
